Independent childbirth classes are all about you and your birth! This class emphasize preparation for natural childbirth, informed decision making, and joyful parenting. Families planning home or hospital births are welcome. Classes are small, fun and informative. Making friends, sharing concerns and answering questions are always a priority.

Are you parenting multiples and looking for peer support and an opportunity to socialize regularly with other parents sharing your same journey? Are you expecting multiples and looking for advice from those who have been there? This group gathers the 2nd Sunday of every month at Cradle to share stories, experiences, wisdoms and sometimes laughter and tears too. There is no fee for this group and it is facilitated by the membership that attends. A small donation of $2-5 towards the use of the space is requested.
